George seemed to really look out for my interests. He was very professional and efficient. He gave good advice and presented an impressive comparison of like homes/properties. He was knowledgeable re: inspectors, electricians, water specialists etc. He always responded quickly to any contacts or questions I had.
One of the things that made a HUGE difference to me was that George kept saying, "Don't worry about that! I'll take care of that." That was such a relief. Also, he was very understanding and I didn't feel concerned asking questions that most people would probably already know the answer to. Not being knowledgeable about resources in the area, I really appreciated him giving me suggestions and names of businesses /people that were reliable. I was very happy with everyone that George referred me to. He gave the impression of wanting to really make the process smooth and flawless. I had elderly parents with me, and George was very warm, friendly, and respectful of them.
I was extremely pleased. I really found George to be more helpful than I had expected. There were things I could have done myself with some shuffling of schedules etc, however, that would have delayed the progress we were making. My long workdays made it more difficult to achieve some tasks in a timely manner. George picked up the slack and seemed happy to be helpful. He was energetic, interested, and seemed to enjoy his job. When you are busy, stressed, and just trying to keep up with a crazy pace, the words "I'll take care of that" are like music to your ears. At least they were to mine!

We came to George for help with an out of state move/job relocation. Not knowing the area well limited our ability to search solely online. George offered to take us around the Plattsburgh area which was a huge help. He was immediately friendly, kind, and very easy going. We felt no pressure from George. He had tremendous knowledge of the area and people who could be helpful (contractors, daycare agencies, pediatricians) to us as we made this move. When it came time to make the offer on a house we liked George was knowledgeable about comparable sales. After the inspection George proved to be helpful when re-negotiating. He was often the voice of reason or mediator between us buyers and the sellers. He was also great with our two small children! We have no plans to move again but if need be we would use George again as our experience was positive.
